Agni Indian Kitchen & Bar: Google+ reviews
My husband is from India and wanted a taste of home. Agni is a great little restaurant if you are looking for authentic Indian cuisine. We ordered our food with medium heat and it was still quite hot so of you like some heat but not overly hot I suggest ordering at a mild heat. Great flavors and friendly staff. We look forward to our next visit.
The food was awesome. It was very clean restaurant with wonderful people. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere. If we happen to be in the Greensboro area again from Maryland, we will definitely drop there to enjoy delicious food.
I love this place. Great flavors. Good service. Clean. Good atmosphere. Decent prices. I go as often as I have money. I wish that were more often.
We were visiting from out of town and looking for a good Indian buffet for lunch. Stopped here and we were not disappointed. One of the best Indian lunch buffets we’ve had. Great service and atmosphere.
Amazing staff and also the food was so delicious that my family and I love this place. The staff members were so respectful and food was ready on time. I been plenty of Indian restaurant in NC. Overall this place was amazing. If one person order the food believe me 2 people could eat all that still be full. We order plenty of food because we thought we won’t be full but we had so much leftovers that we brought it with us home. It was my husband birthday they even celebrate it with us. It was very neat restaurant and respectful workers
Great food, great restaurant, excellent food, excellent environment, great service,I would definitely recommend this restaurant. This is our family’s new regular spot. Check out their Agni platter…and enjoy the mango lassi.. Great bar and even better staff. !!!

I drive 20 miles from my place to Agni cz the food and ambience is the best in the Triad. The owner always checks on all the patrons and personally makes sure that the quality of the food and service is maintained.Writing this review as I remember the decadent halwa I had in the buffet today.
The best Indian food in town. Just wish they were in town and not at a hiway interchange.
The service is outstanding. They have lovely decor and the food was great. Everything is worth 5+ stars.
Hands down best Indian food I’ve ever heard. Make sure to have the pepper chicken
Great customer service. Food is great and it is neat and clean. Thanks for the discount coupon. Will be back next time.
Awesome food, Great customer service 👍🏻
Excellent food and atmosphere. Top notch service, A true treasure hidden in Greensboro, NC.
Every time I go to Greensboro, NC, I love to dine at Agni. THE BEST Indian Restaurants in Town! Ingredients are fresh and are of excellent quality and the finish dish is authentic! Staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Service for dine in or takeout is outstanding! Been there twice this past week! Favourite dishes: Korma, Mixed Tandoori Grill, Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Saag. Hope my review would not spoil you guys 🙂 🙂 Uma
This place was amazing! I met my boyfriend there for lunch one day and I couldn’t stop eating. The lunch buffet was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Seriously, I definitely recommend eating here!
Incredible!! Loved the food and more importantly the service. A very nice change of cuisine if you become tired of the Applebees, Chilis, Outback, Fatz routine. This is definitely one of my top 5 spots in the Triad.
Wow! I just found my go to Indian spot! Everything from the service to the food was exceptional. We had the chicken wing appetizer, Manchurian chicken, and Agni tandoori combo. After the first bite of that tender Manchurian chicken I knew right away that the chef doesn’t take any shortcuts. The food tasted very fresh and had great balance of seasoning. I’ve been to my share of Indian restaurants from traveling throughout the US for work and have to say that this place is absolutely top-notch.
Excellent service, moderately priced, delicious food and a nice atmosphere. My favorite dish is the Chicken Korma. The goat biriyani is delicious also. As is the Chicken Thikka Masala. I am a spice lover, but asked for “medium spice” and found that to be the perfect compromise. Not so hot that you cannot enjoy the other flavors, but not so little spice that you’re left wondering “where’s the heat?” The plain naan was great for scooping every last drop of gravy from the plate! Perhaps I’ll try the garlic naan next time for even more flavor. One thing is for sure, the next time I’m in Greensboro, Agni will be the first place I eat!
Great food. Lunch buffet is very tasty. Also very clean restaurant. Highly recommend.
Good staff and great food.

This is the best Indian food I have had in NC.
This is the best Indian food I’ve had in NC.
Don’t be fooled by the outside– this place has fantastic food.
I loved their Food – Simply very very good – will go back soon and often. Appreciate your hospitality — thank you.
Loved the food.
Tried the Sunday buffet. It’s our first visit to an Indian restaurant in Greensboro. The food was good overall, but the chef’s special dessert was a disappointment. The chicken dishes were well prepared and tasty. The service was good as well. The selection was good for both vegetarians and vegetarians. Definitely worth more visits in the near future
My family goes here regularly and we like the food options especially when chicken 65 is out! Sometimes, they treat our kids to a mango drink, so they are friendly and generous. The only things I wish were different was that my water wouldn’t hit empty since the food can be spicy/salty. Also, the weird desserts that the chef occasionally throws out there are not delicious (M&Ms melting in mush). The managers are some of my only friends in the world, though. These guys work very hard. I hope Agni can expand!
Second trip was great. Food was great and wait staff was very kind
I used to frequent this restaurant and have to restrain myself because the food is really good, but I got terribly ill from eating there once. Prior to that experience, I would eat their once a week. Just know that it is buffet style and with that anything can happen. I still give them a 4 star for food, service, and location.
Good food but little potions…
Really good Indian lunch buffet
Arun Kumar Gowda
very bad experience….uncooked roti…chettinad goat and Kadai chicken were miserable….both tasted the same except for the green Pepper in chicken dish. Biryani was borderline OK….roti was completely raw inside….all in all very bad Indian food. Please don’t sell something and call it Indian food….our cuisine is so old and diverse and flavorfull…with restaurants like this people end up hating our cuisine.
Service sucks!!!! Waited for more than an hour and a half to get the food. And the taste is the worst I ever had. I wouldn’t call that Biryani in anyway. Its white rice mixed with some mutton gravy
Worst ever restaurant in Greensboro
